What's more, the SCP-500 is designed to be adaptable and portable benefiting wire harness manufacturers who need to integrate coiling with existing wire marking and processing systems. The SCP-500 comes with a single coiling pan and wire guide tube. The optional second coiling pan will improve productivity and allow your wire processor to keep moving while the other pan is being unloaded. An automatic tie wrap system can also be added, enabling the SCP-500 to produce neat, tied coiling bundles of wires in one operation. Different sizes of coiling pans are also available.
