Concept
The POSEIDON system automates the entire bottle processing cycle. The operator's role is limited to managing transport trolleys with BC-MaticTM bottle crates. The system handles de-capping, washing, filling, and re-capping of bottles, which are then returned to the trolleys for transport back to animal rooms.

Advanced Wash and Disinfection Performances
The P-Line automated bottle washer processes approximately 500 bottles per hour, ensuring high hygienic standards through individual washing and rinsing of bottles and caps. The system incorporates Green PowerTM technologies for energy-efficient operation and uses thermo-lock cycles for microbiological reduction without detergents.

Modularity
POSEIDON offers flexibility with transport trolleys for autoclaving empty bottles, maintaining sterilized conditions for extended periods. The P series system completes the process with automatic de-capping, filling, and re-capping.
