Automatic coiler for medical tubing WINDY Windy is a motorized coiler for tubing complete set. Operator can complete coiling of product, saving time and obtaining the same shape and dimensions on all coiled products. With Windy, shape and dimensions of coil are easily adjustable in a wide range; from about 80 mm up to 240 mm of internal diameter. The shape can be round or elliptical and rigid parts can be placed in the coil, by adjusting the 4 poles. Revolutions per minute and direction of rotation are programmable. Coiling is activated by a foot switch, which is also used by the operator to control the rotational speed. Windy displays operating parameters and quantity of coiled products. Windy detects the completion of each coil by means of a sensor located in the rotating plate.
