Shipped with a rotor and all necessary adapters, the Heraeus® Clinifuge centrifuge is operational the day it is received. Simplified Operation The bright digital display and touch-pad control of the Heraeus Clinifuge centrifuge enables quick and easy setting of speed and run time. For reproducibility and time savings, values are stored and a run can be repeated with the press of the start key. With the self-diagnosing system, faults are indicated directly on the display so user mistakes can be avoided. Easily set the run speed and time. Recall previous runs by simply pressing “Start.” Processing Flexibility The centrifuge’s autoclavable rotor, made of impact resistant fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, offers high stability and outstanding run characteristics. An extensive range of adapters permits centrifugation of all standard 5, 7, 10 and 15 ml tubes, including the popular Sarstedt® Monovette®, BD Vacutainer® and Terumo® VenoJect® blood collection tubes. Improved Safety The rotor chamber of the Heraeus Clinifuge is completely sealed during centrifugation, preventing the release of potential hazardous aerosols. The centrifuge also comes equipped with a lid lock, lid interlock and steel armored guard ring and complies with international safety standards. Maintenance-Free Design Equipped with a brushless motor, the Heraeus Clinifuge centrifuge eliminates the need to replace carbon brushes for time and cost efficiencies, while ensuring clean operating conditions.
