CONTAINERS ALLUMINIO Se si sottopongono a confronto acciaio inossidabile e lega di alluminio, si constata che il valore di conducibilità dell’alluminio è superiore di 14,3 volte; ciò significa che, a parità di condizioni, il calore viene condotto 14,3 volte più velocemente nell’alluminio di quanto avvenga in un pezzo similare in acciaio inossidabile. Inoltre, grazie alla bassa densità specifica della lega di alluminio, rispetto all’acciaio inossidabile, con peso leggermente inferiore, il container può avere uno spessore decisamente maggiore. Questo fatto è di enorme importanza ai fini della conducibilità del calore e della robustezza del container. È risaputo, inoltre, che in seguito al fattore sopra specificato, alla fine della sterilizzazione in un container d’alluminio si riscontrano degli ottimi risultati di asciugatura del contenuto, mentre, al contrario, in un container d’acciaio inossidabile si rileva un notevole grado di umidità e condensa. Moreover, thanks to the low specific density of aluminium alloy, it is possible to produce containers with a bigger thickness and with a slightly inferior weight. This specificity has a great importance as to the heat conductibility and the sturdiness of the container. Furthermore, thanks to the above mentioned features, it is well-known that at the end of the sterilization inside aluminium containers some excellent results are noticed about the drying of the content, while on the contrary in a stainless steel container we always notice an elevated degree of damp and the presence of condensation. That being stated, thanks to the collaboration had and researched by the operators of the sector, Titanox s.r.l. is pleased to introduce its new line of containers in aluminium alloy. Además, gracias a la baja densidad específica de la liga de aluminio es posible realizar los contenedores de gran espesor y con un peso ligeramente inferior. Este hecho es de importancia enorme de los fines de la conductibilidad del calor y de la robustez de los contenedores. Es conocido que, gracias a las características anteriormente citadas, los resultados relativos al secado dentro de contenedores en aluminio son los mejores en comparación con aquellos encontrados en contenedores en acero inoxidable dentro dentro de los cuales se levanta siempre un grado elevado de humedad y la presencia de condenseation.
