Samples Collection Remove one sample diluent tube and one COVID-19 test cassette Remove the purple cap from the sample diluent tube. Firmly squeeze the sides of the tube to extract the specimen from the head of the swab. Insert the sample swab into the tube and plunge the swab up and down in the fluid for 15 seconds.
