ECMO/CP Bypass

Product catalog summary
Overview
Transonic® Clamp-on Tubing Sensors utilize ultrasonic transit time technology to measure volume flow with high accuracy. These sensors are suitable for various fluids, including saline, cardioplegia, and blood, without direct contact with the fluid.

Specifications
The HXL-Series Flowsensors can be calibrated for up to four different fluid, temperature, and tubing combinations. They are compatible with most flexible tubing types, with sensor size determined by the tubing's outside diameter.

Choosing Your Flowsensor
Sensors are available in 1/16 inch increments to fit standard tubing diameters. Compatible tubing materials include PVC, silicon, and polyurethane. A sample of 30-60 cm tubing is required for calibration.

Optional Features
Sensors can be calibrated for specific tubing densities and temperatures. Custom calibration requires fluid samples and MSDS information.

Clamp-On Flowsensor Sizes
The document provides a detailed table of sensor sizes, including tubing outer diameter (OD) and inner diameter (ID) specifications, both in inches and metric measurements.

HT110 Bypass Flowmeter
The HT110 Bypass Flowmeter system measures volume flow rates in extracorporeal circuits, offering non-invasive, continuous, and bi-directional flow measurement. It displays flow in mL or L/min and maintains liquid sterility. Custom sensor calibration is available for various fluids and temperatures.

Key Features
  • Non-invasive volume flow measurement
  • High accuracy and resolution
  • Continuous monitoring of flow delivery
  • Customizable for specialized applications

ECMO/CP Bypass-1

ECMO/CP Bypass The Transonic HT110 Bypass Flowmeter system measures volume flow rates of blood or perfusate in extracorporeal circuits. It provides non-invasive volume flow measurement over a wide dynamic range. Measurement accuracy and resolution are unmatched. An external clamp-on Flowsensor clips onto the tubing to continuously monitor actual flow delivery to the patient. Measurements are non-invasive, continuous bi-directional. The Flowmeter/Flowsensor system • Displays actual volume flow in mL or L/min • Measures blood, saline, and cardioplegia • Maintains sterility of liquids • Custom sensor calibration is available for different fluids and temperatures combinations • Easily customized for specialized applications H-XL Tubing Flowsensors Transonic® Clamp-on Tubing Sensors use unique ultrasonic transit time technology to measure volume flow with highest accuracy. Most fluids can be measured including saline, cardioplegia, and blood. No physical contact is made with the fluid media. HXL-Series Flowsensors can be calibrated and programmed for up to 4 different fluid / temperature / tubing combinations and will work with most flexible tubing types. Sensor size is determined by outside diameter of the tubing. Ensure Optimal Perfusion to Provide Proactive Patient Management Choosing Your Flowsensor Size Sensors are scaled in 1/16 inch increments to clamp around standard tubing diameters. Tubing Flexible medical grade and laboratory tubings (PVC, silicon, polyurethane) are generally compatible for use with -XL Sensors. A 30 - 60 cm tubing sample is required to calibrate the Sensor. Optional Sensors are calibrated for specific tubing densities and temperature. The HT110s have the capability to specify, when ordering, up to four tubing, fluid, temperature, and flow rate combinations. Fluid samples and MSDS information are required for custom calibration requests. CLAMP-ON FLOWSENSOR SIZES THE MEASURE OF »- -*■ BETTER RESULTS.
