TRUE PHANTOM SOLUTIONS INC. Unpacking the phantom The phantom comes secured in a custom wooden crate and arrives almost fully assembled, with the legs and arms already attached to the torso. For packing purposes, the head comes separately and should be attached once the phantom is removed from the crate. The phantom is wrapped in a large, durable plastic sheet that should be used to lift the phantom out of the crate. Please ensure that two people perform the lift - one person holding the wrap from the shoulder side and the other from the leg side.
