For packing purposes, the head comes separately and should be attached once the phantom is removed from the crate. The phantom is wrapped in a large, durable plastic sheet that should be used to lift the phantom out of the crate. Please ensure that two people perform the lift - one person holding the wrap from the shoulder side and the other from the leg side.
