TRUE PHANTOM SOLUTIONS INC. 7. Using a Heart Pump with the Phantom 7.1 Connecting the Heart Pump   Lay the secondary tubes on either side of the phantom. The tubing has been cut to specific length so that it dictates the arrangement of the tubing and connectors. If you have a custom order with the optional coronary arteries, the necessary branching/valving for the tubing has already been implemented. TO-A07 | User Manual The overall setup of the Phantom’s connection with the Heart Pump and Reservoir should be as shown below. 7.2 Disconnecting the Heart Pump and Storing the Phantom ■ To disconnect the tubes from the phantom, gently press the quick connect adapters and pull the extension tube out. ■ Tilt the phantom to allow the water to flow out. ■ Make sure the phantom is dry before storing it. Storing water in the phantom for long periods of time (over 2 weeks) can result in discoloration.
