Product catalog summary
TRUE LOCK Distal Radius Volar Anatomic Plate Features
  • Multiple locking screw holes in the head of the plate provide additional fixation for radial and intermediate columns, with screw trajectories designed for various fracture types.
  • Two screws are specifically angled to capture the radial styloid and prevent rotation of fragments.
  • The plate has a low profile and rounded edges to minimize tendon and soft tissue irritation.
  • Elongated Combi holes in the neck and shaft facilitate plate adjustment and allow for locking or compression options.
  • Kirschner wire holes accommodate wires up to 1.5 mm for temporary fixation and positioning.
  • The plate is precontoured for an anatomical fit on the volar aspect of the distal radius.

TRUE LOCK Distal Radius Volar-1

True Indication, True Quality, True Professional Education TRUE LOCK Distal Radius Volar Anatomic Plate Features Precontoured for anatomic fit on the volar aspect of the distal radius. Multiple locking screw holes in the head of the plate provide additional fixation of the radial and intermediate columns, with screw trajectories designed to address a wide variety of fracture types. Specifically, two screws are angled to capture the radial styloid and prevent rotation of these fragments. Kirschner wire holes accept Kirschner wires (up to 1.5 mm) to temporarily fix the plate to the radius , to temporarily reduce articular fragments, and to confirm the location of the plate, relative to the radius. Low plate-and-screw profile and rounded plate edges minimize potential for tendon and soft tissue irritation. Elongated Combi holes in the neck and shaft facilitate plate adjustment and allow locking or compression options.
