Trushape is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company with plans to achieve ISO 13485:2016 certification for medical devices and CE certifications for Prosthetic and Orthotic (P&O) products. The company is a registered vendor for the Ministry of Defense, Government of India, and supplies precision castings to Audi AG and Volkswagen AG in Germany.
From April 1, 2019, to November 30, 2019, Trushape achieved total sales of Rs 59.7 million, with exports accounting for Rs 26.2 million (44% of total sales). Orders on hand amounted to Rs 10.2 million.
Trushape serves various sectors including automotive, compressors, electricals and electronics, earthmoving equipment, general engineering, construction equipment, hardware, textiles, safety engineering, defense, railways, and nuclear energy. The company is a leading source for prosthetic and orthotic components.
Trushape has developed the smallest casting weighing 3.0 grams with 12 critical dimensions and a weight accuracy of ±0.1 gram. They also produce import substitute machined castings for orthotic and prosthetic applications.
Trushape manufactures its own line of lower limb prosthetics, which are exported to developing countries and distributed through collaborations with government organizations and NGOs.
Trushape engages in various CSR activities, including donations to the "Shahid Jawan Fund" and organizing blood donation camps. They also conduct workshops and study tours on HR practices.
Trushape has undertaken green initiatives by planting vegetation over 2500 square meters, including 35 mango trees and other fruit trees, along with organic vegetables distributed to the Trushape family.
