The stretch-banding machines of the E-series place together or stack cartons to form larger units that are tightly wrapped in plastic film. There are two different models available in this category of machine: the Stretch-banding machines E 3025 and E 3040. The secure and accurate film tightening function ensures top quality and reliability. The E 3025 and E 3040 are designed for line concepts that require a staggered product flow or installation at an angle of 90°. Furthermore, both machines are suitable for multiple lane bundles, i. e. two or more rows of cartons can be banded together. The maximum output of the E 3025 is 30 bundles per minute while the E 3040 achieves 40 bundles. The GMP-compliant machines can be integrated into the overall packaging process. Their design ensures easy cleaning – a matter of just five minutes – and requires minimum maintenance. Operation of the machines is straightforward using the central operating system with 3-D visualization.
