Stretch-banding machines S 3015, S 3025, S 3040 The series of compact stretch-banding machines for perfectly banded and shrink-wrapped bundles. The stretch-banding machines of the S-series place together or stack cartons to form larger units that are tightly wrapped in plastic film. Three different models belong to this category of machine: the Stretch-banding machines S 3015, S 3025 and S 3040. The plus point is that the basic machines have a footprint of just 1.0 x 1.0 meter so they meet the demand of the pharmaceutical industry for space-saving solutions. S 3015, S 3025 and S 3040 differ in their output – S 3015 wraps up a maximum of 15 bundles per minute, S 3025 a maximum of 30 and S 3040 a maximum of 40. All three machines offer the same simple format changeover involving three format parts at the most. These are quickly plugged into place without the need for tools. All three machines combine efficiency and maximum space saving at an optimum price. All basic components of the large stretch-banding machines and, consequently, the related benefits, are also to be found in the three smaller machines. The low-maintenance stretch-banding machines of the S-series are pharmaceutically compliant and reliable. Operation of the machines is straightforward using the central operating system with 3-D visualization.
