The inflatable design of this multi-lumen applicator allows for conformance of the applicator to patient tissues, reducing air gaps and aiding in applicator immobilization. The thirteen lumens are arranged in two concentric rings (with six lumens each) surrounding a central lumen. This construction allows dose-shaping capability to provide optimal target coverage while reducing dose to normal tissues.
