SINGLE POLYESTER BRAIDING This product is braided using a polyester yarn. This provides moderate pressure resistance and a maximum of 180˚C. DOUBLE BRAIDED DOUBLE POLYESTER BRAIDING This product is braided twice using a polyester yarn and a silicone layer between them. This provides high pressure resistance and a maximum of 180˚C. VENABIO®PUMP MATERIAL Thermoplastic vulcanizate. APPLICATIONS This product is specially designed to work in long lasting pump cycles, where silicone would need to be replaced mid-batch. The average pump life when proper maintenance is followed is in the thousand-hour range.
