VLED OTOSCOPES Incredible quality of the image from the otoscope through the appliance of innovative lighting (LED diod), which allows the better view of the ear. Why the LED diod? It is more durable and energy saving than the usual bulb. The LED diod does not heat up like the usual bulbs. Therefore, the otoscope may be used for a long time. The otoscope may work for a very long time using the batteries (2 x AAA). The life of the LED diod is 25 years when normally used. The otoscope produces a full spectrum of white light, in contrast to the bulb which spectrum of light is shifted towards the yellow color. With the 2,5x zoom the otoscope gets a more precise picture of the eardrum, and with LED lighting all the lesions are more visible.
