Titanium Featherweight Micro Vascular Clamp The use of some micro vascular clamps can be associated with vessel damage and thrombosis. With use, stainless steel changes its elasticity, causing increased clamping pressure. It is known that pressures above 30g/mm2 may be associated with endothelial damage. Dingo clamps are made from titanium which does not change its elasticity and unlike stainless steel clamps, dingo clamps maintain their calibrated pressure with use.
