Individuals with critical or chronic conditions often have inflamed, fragile skin or wounds of various etiologies, making them more susceptible to infections, especially healthcare-associated infections (HAIs). Easyderm® uses a special viscose fabric with a honeycomb weave, providing high cleansing and protective action for the skin, significantly reducing the possibility of cross-contamination. Product Description: Easyderm® is a sterile system consisting of a pre-moistened cloth and glove with a solution of active ingredients designed to cleanse and hydrate the skin, reducing inflammation and preventing the onset of redness and skin lesions. It is indicated for individuals at high risk of HAIs in critical areas (intensive care and resuscitation) and those with invasive monitoring devices. Intended use: Easyderm® is ideal for: At-risk individuals, including those with: Ischemic heart disease; Cerebrovascular disease; Gastrointestinal hemorrhage; Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; Individuals undergoing radiotherapy. Individuals who: Have undergone major surgery; Are in an intensive care unit (the rate of nosocomial infections is about three times higher than in other departments); Are mechanically ventilated; Are intubated; Have invasive drains/catheters; Are connected to monitoring devices. Area of use: Easyderm® is safe for all body areas, including eyes and mucous membranes. It can be used on: venous and arterial ulcers, chronic wounds, pressure ulcers (stages I-III), tracheostomy, PEG, PEJ, stomas, and central venous catheter insertion sites.
