Pneumatic Heel Spring Adjustment with Air Pump Pathfinder® II Quick Reference Guide If you observe, and the amputee confirms, that the pneumatic heel spring is too soft or too stiff, adjust accordingly until you observe balance and the amputee confirms. Record that pressure on the amputee’s record.
