Overview: The XF20A is a full digital handheld ultrasound device designed for medical imaging. It features a 5.5-inch TFT color LCD and backlight keys, powered by a lithium battery with a runtime of over 3 hours. The device dimensions are 230mm x 120mm x 42mm, and it weighs 700g.

Display and Imaging: The ultrasound offers multiple display modes including B, B/B, 4B, B+M, and M. It supports a 256-level gray scale and an adjustable dynamic range from 0 to 120dB. The cine loop can store ≥400 frames, and images can be stored in the built-in memory (up to 64 images) or on a USB disk. Image orientation can be adjusted up/down and left/right.

Frequency and Measurements: The device supports frequency conversion between 2.5MHz and 7.5MHz. It includes OB measurements such as BPD, GS, CRL, HC, AC, EDD, GA, and FW, making it suitable for applications in obstetrics, gynecology, urology, cardiology, and small parts imaging. The focus position is managed through dynamic electron focusing.

Main Parameters: The device allows for input of comments including date & time, name, sex, age, and hospital. It supports video output in PALD and NTSC formats and includes a USB 2.0 interface.

Optional Probes: The XF20A can be equipped with optional probes including convex, trans-rectal, and micro-convex types.
