The veneers are made from PRETTAU® 4 ANTERIOR® DISPERSIVE® zirconia, which is highly translucent and suitable for both anterior and posterior regions. The material prevents ceramic chipping and antagonist abrasion due to its monolithic design. Veneers are characterized individually using Zirkonzahn coloring liquids, ceramics, or stains.

Workflow
- Tooth color is determined using the Zirkonzahn Shade Guide Prettau® Line.
- Minimal invasive preparation involves removing existing restorations and polishing proximal margins.
- A 000 retraction cord is placed, and the clinical situation is digitally captured using an intraoral scanner.
- Patient-specific digital articulation is performed using the PS1 articulator.
- 3D facial scans are captured with a smartphone using the Qlone Dental Pro 3D Scanner app and transferred to Zirkonzahn.Archiv Plus software.
- Virtual tooth setup and individualization are done in Zirkonzahn.Modifier software.
- Veneers are designed and nested in the zirconia blank in tooth color A1.
- Precise milling is done using the M6 Teleskoper Blank Changer.
- Sintering occurs in the Zirkonofen 600/V4, followed by characterization with ICE Stains 3D and minimal layering with Fresco Enamel Fluo.
- Adhesive cementation of the veneers is performed in the patient's mouth.

Technology and Tools
The Qlone Dental Pro 3D Scanner App facilitates easy capture of facial scans with a smartphone. The app uses a special bite fork to align scans with the upper jaw in the Zirkonzahn.Modifier software.
