The system has ten programs that are easily adjusted, allowing you to select specific cage dispensing cycles automatically. There are 2 ultrasonic dispensing points that work independently or in harmony; this allows bedding to be automatically dispensed into cages bases all varieties. The Touch Screen HMI display provides the ability for users to change cage/program names and adjust the dispense volume. It displays live graphics of the top hopper level and alerts users when bedding is required. A unique dual transfer system will transfer any ‘free flowing bedding’ to the top quickly and efficiently. An actively monitored rear dispense zone filter and fans ensure dust is drawn away from the operator during operation – the filter is actively monitored, and the machine will display an alarm according to their condition – when 90+% blocked, the safety system will advise operators to work in safety mode, meaning PPE should be worn according to the departments procedures. Sychem Fill’s unique clean down function allows operators to access the vacuum system within the front of the machine to clean the machine, filters and surrounding area.
