Fully electric height-adjustable wooden orthopaedic bed The SOCRATES bed is developed for home care and long-term care facilities. It has been designed and built to provide a high level of quality and robustness. The different sections allow the patient to assume the most comfortable position possible, ranging from lying down to sitting. Steel frame bed in 4 sections, beech wood panelling, aluminium side rails, 4 braking wheels, 5-function motor. Included is a patient lifting pole. Remote control equipped with Nurse Lock device that allows certain functions to be activated by authorised personnel only. Patient lifting triangle included. Ergonomic use by the assistant is guaranteed. The medical device consists of a bed platform, supporting footboard and headboard, side rails, a patient lifting pole and an electrically operated actuator system.
