Everything clean? Cleaning up CMR-drugs (e.g. cytostatics) from contaminated surfaces poses a challenge to the user again and again. As part of the MEWIP-study in Germany (Monitoring Effect-Study for swipe samples in pharmacies) 61% of all samples were proven to contain cytostatic agents. BERNER ISYSOFT were the best in the test! In a study by the Institute for Energy and Environmental Technology (IUTA Germany) highly contaminated surfaces (c=500 ng/cm2) were cleaned with different cleaning cloths and cleaning materials / detergents.
