ACRYLIC RESIN AN INNOVATIVE HIGH-PERFORMANCE MATERIAL T ECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS Resinor products are based on unsaturated resins, pigments and additives, with fibreglass reinforcement. Our resin product is a multicomponent non-porous durable material. Resistant to most chemicals as well as impact resistance. It is composed of 1/3 aluminium trihydrate, ISO NPG gel coat for special sanitary use, mixed with an unsaturated polyester resin in solution. The flat surfaces are reinforced with honeycomb structures. 4

MECHANICAL RESISTANCE The cladding is reinforced with multiple layers of fibreglass, providing high physical strength and making the units self-supporting . The resins used for our products comply with regulations. MANUFACTURing All our products are monoblock (no joints, no bonding) easy to personalize to your individual needs. Depending on the component to be manufactured, a wood or resin mould is prepared in the dimensions and shapes required. Then resin and fibreglass are projected simultaneously in order to obtain a single homogenous element.
