ASSESSMENT OF CONFORMITY The product conforms to the following: • Regulation (EU) 2016/425, module C2 – conformity to type based on internal production control plus supervised product checks at random intervals (category III PPE) • EN 149:2001+A1:2009 Respiratory protective devices DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY The manufacturer declares under his sole responsibility that the aforementioned product is under the conditions of a normal way of use and under the conditions determined by the manufacturer safe and conforms to all necessary legal requirements. The respiratory protection product is intended for a single use and must be used only according to the manufacturer’s instruction manual. MEASURES AIMED TO ENSURE CONFORMITY The manufacturer declares that he has taken all necessary measures to ensure the conformity of the products being marketed with the technical documentation and basic requirements for this type of product.
